Our goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Service Packages (Web Design, Branding, etc.)
A full refund can be requested within 2 hours of the initial payment if no work has commenced on the project.
If work has commenced, any refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis, calculated after deducting the costs for work already completed.
No refunds will be issued once the project has been completed and delivered.
2. Software & Digital Products
Software products like Dhandenbaz are licensed, not sold. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are generally not provided after purchase.
We may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if the product is proven to be defective or not as described.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to hello@ziddi.space with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your original order details and a clear reason for your request. All requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days.
